Delete your AI Note Scan account and data

This page explains how to delete your account and the associated data for AI Note Scan, the app published by Yusuke Uemura on Google Play and the App Store.

Quickest way: in the app, go to Settings and tap “Delete Account”. Your data is deleted right away. Already removed the app? Email us instead. You don’t need to reinstall it.

How to delete your account

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Before deleting, cancel it in the Google Play Store (profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or on your iPhone (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).

In the app (iPhone / Android)

Quickest
  1. Open the AI Note Scan app.
  2. Tap the “Settings” tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”.
  4. Tap “Delete Account” in the confirmation dialog. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Signed in with Google or Apple and already removed the app? Reinstall it, tap “Already have an account? Log in” on the first screen, sign in with the same account, and follow the steps above. Or email us instead.

In the web app

  1. Open the AI Note Scan web app in the browser you use it in.
  2. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top right.
  3. Click “Delete account” and confirm.

The web app does not support Google or Apple sign-in. It uses a guest account created separately in each browser, so you can only delete that browser’s account here. To delete an account from the mobile app, use the app or email us.

By email (no app needed)

Email xrayu0022@gmail.com with the following details. The button below fills in the subject for you.

  • The email address of the Google account or Apple ID you signed in with. If you used Apple’s “Hide My Email”, give the address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com.
  • If possible, send the email from that address so we can verify that the account is yours.

Once we have verified your request, we will delete your account and data within 30 days and let you know by email.

If you use the app without signing in (guest)

If you have not signed in with Google or Apple, your account exists only in the app on that device, or in that browser for the web app. We hold no email address or other information that identifies you, so a guest account can only be deleted from the app on that device or from that browser. We cannot process email requests for guest accounts.

Uninstalling the app or clearing your browser data does not delete your data on our servers. Delete your account with the steps above first.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted from our servers right away. This cannot be undone.

Photos you scan are uploaded only temporarily for AI generation and deleted once processing finishes. They are not stored with your account.

Data kept after deletion

The following data is not linked to your AI Note Scan account, so deleting your account does not remove it. It is kept for the periods below.
